This section allows users to update both the properties and operational behavior of the knowledge base to better align with evolving requirements.
To make modifications, navigate to the Knowledge Base Settings tab. This provides complete access to all previously configured parameters, enabling you to tailor the knowledge base as needed.
Within the settings, you can edit the following components:
Knowledge base name: Change the display name to better reflect the knowledge base’s purpose.
Description: Update the description to provide more clarity on the content or objective of the knowledge base.
Sharing options: Choose between visibility settings, such as Everyone or Only Me, to control access.
Vector store: Select or change the vector database used to store and search embeddings.
File store: Modify the file storage service where source documents are managed.
Embedding model: Update the embedding model used for transforming text data into vector representations.
Retrieval settings: Configure how information is fetched during queries, including parameters like score threshold, top-k results.
After reviewing and adjusting the necessary fields, click the ‘Update’ button to save and apply your changes. These updates will take effect immediately and reflect across all associated systems and workflows.
