This section outlines the initial steps to create and configure a custom agent tailored to your specific needs. Follow the steps below to access the agent creation interface, define essential details, and set the foundation for your agent's functionality.

Step 1: Navigate to the agents page

  1. Access the platform dashboard.

  2. Locate and click on the Agents section.

  3. Click the ‘Create New Agent’ button to begin the agent creation process.

Step 2: Provide agent details

On the Agent Overview page, you will define the essential details for your agent:

  • Name: Assign a clear, descriptive name that reflects the agent’s intended function or role.

  • Description: Write a concise description explaining the agent’s tasks and overall purpose, ensuring it is easy to understand.

  • Set Agent Access: The agent link can be set as a Public Agent, allowing anyone with the link to view and operate the agent dashboard, or as a Private Agent, restricting access to invited operators only, ensuring that only authorized users can interact with the agent.

Sharing a Public Agent Link

To share a public agent link, follow these steps:

  • Open the Agent Dashboard.

  • Navigate to the Output Section.

  • Click on the three dots (⋮) at the right corner of the page.

  • Select Share Agent.

  • A form will appear displaying the shareable agent link.

Steps to Enable User Info Collection:

In the Share Agent form, enable the Collect User Info option.

  • Choose the required details you want to collect:

    • Name

    • Email ID

    • Phone Number

  • Click ‘Update’ to save the settings.

Once enabled, users will be prompted to provide their details before accessing the agent, ensuring better tracking and engagement management.

    • Custom: Enter the operator’s name in the search field and select them from the list.

    • Everyone: Grant access to all eligible users. To modify an operator’s permissions:

  • Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to their name.

  • Choose either Transfer Ownership to assign a new owner or Remove User to revoke access.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage operator access to the private agent.
