How to access the app reporting dashboard?

The app reporting dashboard provides valuable insights into your ZBrain app’s performance, user engagement, and system efficiency. Follow the steps below to access and utilize the reporting dashboard effectively.
Locate your app From the list of available ZBrain apps, identify and select the specific app you want to analyze.
Click on the app name This action will take you to the configuration page of the selected app.
Navigate to reports In the left-hand navigation menu on the app’s configuration page, click on the Reports option. You will now enter the reporting dashboard, where comprehensive analytics and session-specific insights are available.
The Reports tab displays various metrics and performance indicators that help you monitor the use of your app.
Key analytics at the top
Total sessions: Shows the total number of unique user interaction sessions with the selected ZBrain app.
Average response time: Indicates the average time taken by the app to respond to user queries during all sessions.
Satisfaction score: An average rating based on user feedback collected at the end of each session.
Total tokens used: Displays the cumulative number of tokens consumed across all sessions, along with the estimated cost incurred.
To find specific session data:
Use the search bar to enter a session ID, user name, or date.
(or)
Click the ‘User’ drop-down menu to:
View sessions from all users
Select a specific user for detailed session analysis
Each session entry on the Reports page includes detailed metrics such as:
Session ID: Unique identifier for each session
User name: Name of the user who initiated the session
Session start & end date: Timestamp indicating when the session began and ended
Session time: Total duration of the session
Number of queries: Total queries made during the session
Total response time: Sum of all response times within the session
Satisfaction score: User rating of the session’s helpfulness
Flow run: Indicates if a ZBrain Flow was triggered (or shows N/A if not applicable)
Tokens used: Number of tokens consumed in that session
Cost: Estimated cost based on token usage
Click on any column header (e.g., Session Time, Tokens Used, Satisfaction Score) to sort session data accordingly.
This helps in organizing the report view based on priority metrics.
To download the report data:
Click the ‘Export’ button at the top right of the Reports page.
Select the data fields you want to include in your export (e.g., session IDs, token usage, satisfaction scores).
Click the ‘Export’ button once more to generate and automatically download the report to your device.
Reports are useful for monitoring and analyzing user sessions, providing insights into usage patterns and performance metrics. Use search, sort, and export functionalities to manage and review session data effectively.
