New features

General platform

  • New authentication system The platform now features a completely redesigned authentication system supporting multiple login methods. Users can now sign in using their Microsoft or Google accounts via SSO, or continue with standard email-and-password authentication. The new interface offers a cleaner, more intuitive login experience with clear options for various authentication methods, thereby reducing friction and enhancing accessibility for users across different organizational setups.

Solution XPLR

  • Data sources information for feasibility assessment

Added a dedicated section to add data sources within the Feasibility section of Solution XPLR. This enhancement enables users to effectively define and organize data requirements for their AI solutions during the feasibility assessment phase, providing a more comprehensive foundation for solution planning.

Improvements

Cross-module integration (Solution XPLR and Functional Design XPLR)

  • Data consistency enhancements Inputs and data sources are now fully synchronized between Solution XPLR and Functional design XPLR modules. This enhancement ensures that data remains consistent across all phases of AI solution development, eliminating data discrepancies and reducing the need for manual data re-entry when transitioning between exploration and design phases.

Solution XPLR

  • Optimized preliminary cost estimation The "Preliminary Cost" estimation in Solution XPLR has been optimized to support more accurate early-stage budgeting and feasibility analysis. The enhanced logic now incorporates feasibility and benefit metrics to deliver more reliable cost projections during the initial phases of solution exploration.

Functional design XPLR

  • Enhanced effort/cost estimator The effort and cost estimation functionality now delivers more accurate and comprehensive results. The improved estimator provides detailed breakdowns of PoC development costs, scaled integration pricing, timeline estimates, and resource requirements. Users can now access granular cost components, including development work steps, assumptions, and a scaled statement of work, enabling better project planning and budget allocation.

  • Improved design document Design documentation has been enhanced with better structure, comprehensive scope definitions, detailed data requirements, and clearer project specifications. This improvement provides stakeholders with a more thorough understanding of the project and facilitates smoother handoffs between the design and implementation phases.

  • Improved timeline estimation for implementation planning

The "Time to Implement" logic in Functional Design XPLR has been refined for more accurate, context-aware planning. The improved method considers various project factors to provide more realistic timeline estimates, helping teams better plan their implementation schedules and resource allocation.

Bug fixes

Taxonomy XPLR

  • BPMN diagram data loading issue Fixed an issue where BPMN diagram data failed to load when users authenticated via Google accounts. Users can now successfully view diagram data when clicking on any card during sub-process navigation, ensuring uninterrupted workflow analysis.

Functional design XPLR

  • ZBrain integration status display Resolved the issue where the "Build in ZBrain" button was not updating to "Launch in ZBrain" after agents were configured in ZBrain and saved as a draft. The button now correctly reflects the current agent configuration status.

  • Persistent saved agent analyses across sessions

Fixed a critical issue where user changes were not properly saved when reopening previously saved agent analysis. All modifications, configurations, and customizations now persist correctly across sessions, ensuring continuity of work and preventing data loss.

Solution XPLR

  • Accurate placement of AI-generated agents Fixed the placement logic for AI-generated agents in process diagrams. Agents now appear in their intended workflow step, preserving diagram accuracy and workflow clarity.

Nomenclature updates

  • Simulation XPLR → Industry XPLR "Simulation XPLR" has been renamed to "Industry XPLR" to better align with its focus on delivering industry-specific insights and capabilities.

  • Technology Landscape → M1 Prep "Technology Landscape" has been renamed to "M1 Prep" to provide clearer and more intuitive terminology that accurately reflects its purpose and functionality.

  • Benefit and Impact → Readiness and Impact The "Benefit and Impact" section in Solution XPLR has been renamed to "Readiness and Impact" to more accurately represent the evaluation criteria and offer clearer guidance on solution maturity and implementation potential.
