New features
Flows & Pieces
Stop running Flow
This feature enables ZBrain users and the system to safely stop a Flow while it is running. It introduces a controlled mechanism to halt in-progress Flows with failure notification, ensuring graceful termination, clear status visibility, and proper cleanup of partially executed steps. The capability is designed to prevent unnecessary processing, reduce errors, and maintain overall system integrity.
Navigation Path: ZBrain → Flows-> All Flows-> Runs / Execution View

Key outcomes:
Gives users direct control to stop long-running or incorrect flows in real time.
Prevents wasted compute and unintended downstream actions.
Ensures flows halt gracefully without leaving partial or inconsistent states.
Improves transparency with clear, immediate flow status updates.
Maintains platform stability through proper cleanup and resource handling.
Enhancements
Flows & Pieces
Landing page redesign
This update refreshes the existing ZBrain landing page to align with the new design. It introduces structured left-side navigation, providing quick access to Data Sources, Users, and Billing and an improved “Your Apps” section, making it easier for users to discover, search, and access available solutions immediately after login.
Navigation path: ZBrain → Login → Landing Page

Key outcomes:
Modern, consistent landing page aligns with the latest ZBrain designs.
Clear left navigation for faster access to core areas like Apps, Data Sources, Users, and Billing.
Improved visibility of accessible solutions with a clean, clutter-free layout.
Quick app discovery through search-based filtering.
Seamless navigation from solution cards to their respective product pages.
Integrations
Knowledge storage usage
This enhancement introduces a centralized Knowledge Storage overview within Settings → Billing, enabling users to monitor total storage usage against their allocated limit with a clear visual progress indicator. Users can view a detailed breakdown of storage consumption across Knowledge Base and Agents, along with quick access to manage files and free up space. A dedicated Manage Storage modal allows sorting, bulk deletion, and real-time tracking of reclaimable storage before confirming deletion. Additionally, users can seamlessly purchase extra storage through an integrated Buy Storage panel, with instant updates to their storage limit and amount for it.
Navigation path: Settings → Billing → Knowledge Storage

Key outcomes
Minimizes manual effort in managing storage with streamlined file cleanup and bulk actions.
Provides visibility into storage usage to prevent overages and make informed decisions on capacity expansion.
Enables faster access to storage insights and actions, reducing time spent on administrative tasks.
Supports growing data needs with seamless storage expansion aligned to business demand.
Agents
Enhanced scratchpad management at the agent level
Scratchpad management has been enhanced to provide greater flexibility within Agent Crews. Previously, scratchpads could only be created and managed at the Crew level, limiting control for individual agents and increasing coordination overhead in multi-level crew structures.
With this update, individual agents within a crew can now add, edit, or delete scratchpads directly at the agent level. This enhancement reduces tight coupling among agents, minimizes the risk of overwriting shared context, and improves isolation as agent workflows become more complex.
Navigation
ZBrain → Agents → Crew Agents → Create New / Open Existing Crew → Select Agent → Add Scratchpad

Key outcomes
Individual agents can manage their own scratchpads without relying on Crew-level configuration.
Minimizes the risk of overwriting shared execution context in complex workflows.
Supports loosely coupled agent design within hierarchical crews.
Enables more sophisticated multi-agent orchestration with clearer context boundaries.
Existing scratchpad execution and creation behavior remains unchanged.
