New features
Integrations
Create a Knowledge Base via Flow
ZBrain Builder now allows users to create a Knowledge Base (KB) directly from an existing Flow, enabling seamless integration between workflow logic and enterprise knowledge management. This enhancement simplifies data ingestion by allowing users to use pre-built or custom Flows as structured knowledge sources, ensuring knowledge bases stay dynamically updated with the most relevant contextual data without manual data uploads.
Navigation: ZBrain Builder → Knowledge Base → Create -> Select Knowledge Source ->Import Data → Add via flows

Key outcomes
Streamlines KB creation by allowing direct selection of data pipelines through Flows.
Ensures reusability of existing automation Flows as dynamic data sources.
Reduces setup time by eliminating manual data connection steps.
Agents
Clear agent data toggle
ZBrain Builder introduces a “Clear Agent Data” toggle in the agent configuration panel, giving users full control over whether to retain or discard execution data for privacy, compliance, or lightweight operations. When enabled, this feature ensures no execution data (inputs, reports, or activity logs) is stored after an agent runs, providing greater flexibility and control over data retention policies.
Navigation: ZBrain → Login → Agent → Create New / Update Existing->Additional Settings

Key outcomes
Enhances data privacy by preventing the storage of sensitive agent interaction data.
Gives users control over data retention, allowing configuration per agent.
Supports compliance needs where recording execution data is restricted.
Reduces storage overhead by omitting unnecessary logs for transient tasks.
Simplifies data management with clear visibility and messaging for non-recorded sessions.
Configure Apps with Agent Crew orchestration
ZBrain Builder now enables users to select Agent Crew as an orchestration method while creating a new app, empowering teams to design AI workflows where multiple specialized agents collaborate dynamically. This feature enables users to search for and select agent crews from a list, providing clear visibility into each crew’s name and the last updated timestamp. Once selected, users can delete selected agent crews before finalizing app setup via an intuitive “DELETE” icon.
Navigation: ZBrain → Apps → Create New App → Select Orchestration Method → Agent Crew → Configure Bot

Key outcomes
Enhances application flexibility by allowing orchestration through structured multi-agent coordination, rather than single-agent flows.
Enables orchestration using Agent Crew, allowing apps to benefit from specialized agents working together.
Improvements
Flows
Auto-scrolling in the Flow canvas during drag operations
ZBrain Builder introduces auto-scrolling in the Flow canvas to enhance usability when managing large or complex workflows. This improvement allows users to reposition components beyond the visible area effortlessly by triggering smooth, directional scrolling when dragging elements near the viewport edges.
Navigation: Flows → Open Existing / Create New

Key outcomes
Effortlessly moves components across large workflows with automatic edge-triggered scrolling.
Saves time and reduces manual effort when reorganizing complex Flow structures.
Experiences smooth, responsive scrolling that adapts to cursor proximity.
Maintains precise drag-and-drop alignment during movement.
Works seamlessly without disruptions to zoom, pan, or snap-to-grid functions.
Agents
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) pause and review for agent execution
ZBrain Builder now introduces Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) control for agent execution within multi-agent workflows. This enhancement enables agents to automatically pause at predefined steps, present intermediate outputs, and request user feedback before proceeding. It ensures greater transparency, accuracy, and human oversight during complex AI-driven operations.
Navigation:
To provide user input: Login → Agent Dashboard → Agent Activity (Highlighted in Orange)

To enable/disable HITL: Login → Create Agent Crew-> Define Crew Structure → Select Agent → Toggle HITL Radio Button

Key outcomes
Ensures human oversight for critical AI workflows, improving accuracy and trust.
Allows users to validate and refine outputs before delivering to end users, reducing rework.
Gives teams flexibility to control automation depth with per-agent HITL settings.
Enables seamless collaboration between humans and AI agents for higher-quality decisions.
Strengthens compliance and audit readiness through transparent review checkpoints.
