# Inviting collaborators to projects

#### Adding collaborators <a href="#adding-collaborators" id="adding-collaborators"></a>

Projects support collaboration by allowing users to invite other members of the organization.

From within a project:

* Open the **Collaborators** panel

* Search for users by name
* Invite users to join the project

All collaborators must have access to the underlying files. Permissions from the original data sources remain in effect.
